This = Advanced single image (default for the settings I think). Works fine but can’t enlarge this.

This = Advanced Gallery with ‘single image & 3 dots’ frame. No dots since only 1 image but you can pop up & enlarge this one.

Image Right / Text Left. You can change this text to give your image a description, or simply remove txxxxhis text and the heading above if not needed.
